Water Bird Pantaloons is a 1 person business hand-making clothing made out of recycled, refused or thrifted materials.

I first started making pants to fit my life- living and working on boats and spending a lot of my time outdoors, while still wanting to look cute. Other styles never quite fit right or fell apart within months of buying. My goal is to make clothes that fit various bodies comfortably while jumping, squatting or moving through cramped engine rooms.

The first pair of pants I made became the Sailor Pant after a few generations of perfecting. Security of my phone is important constantly hovering over bodies of water. Always paranoid about it slipping out of my back pocket or cramped in my front pocket while squatting, my solution was the long side leg pocket with snap buttons so I could move without fear.
